Hampstead Garden Suburb, London · Marble & Mosaic - Residential
A large-scale residential fit-out on Winnington Road, spanning a double-height entrance hall in stone flooring, a home bar, and bathroom suites finished in white Carrara marble and mother-of-pearl mosaic.
The entrance hall in stone flooring, beneath a double-height ceiling and a glass-and-brass staircase.
A second bathroom finished in mother-of-pearl mosaic from wall to bath surround, with a chrome heated towel rail.
The master bathroom pairs the dramatic depth of Portoro Gold marble with the warm elegance of Crema Marfil. Quarried in Italy, Portoro is prized for its rich black base and natural gold veining, once favoured in grand European interiors; Crema Marfil, sourced from Spain, brings softness and balance with its creamy tones.
Filetto Light marble was selected for the floor borders across the office, dining room and hallway, creating a subtle sense of continuity between the spaces. Its soft, neutral tones and fine veining bring definition without overpowering the wider scheme.
