What we collect
If you complete a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number, company name if you give one, your message, and any photograph you choose to attach. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a project, to carry out the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and the performance of a contract where one follows.
Who can see it
- Our own staff, to answer your enquiry.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Microsoft, which provides our email.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years and then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years, in line with normal UK business and tax requirements.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. If website analytics are added in future, this section will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to marble@romamarble.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
